We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for items in original, unused condition.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Products that have been installed, activated, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@haitilinkonline.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1â2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5â10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: software licenses and digital products, items that have been installed or activated, items returned after the 30-day window, and items without original packaging.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the defect or incorrect item.
International Returns
For international orders (Haiti and the Caribbean), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
